This sweet family is welcoming a set of boy/girl twins and I’m so happy they asked me to capture this Dry Lake Bed maternity session. This mama looks absolutely incredible and I honestly can’t believe she’s carrying twins. How beautiful is she?! The day of our maternity session was so windy, but she, her husband and her son were all good sports. Even when we literally had to stop and look down to keep the dust from blowing into our eyes.  Thankfully, the weather calmed by the end of our session!

Dry Lake Bed Maternity Session

Mama chose three stunning gowns for her portraits in the Dry Lake Bed. One plus of all the wind was that her gowns blew lightly and naturally because of it! It helped the vibe of the portraits for sure. The gown she wore in ivory was the most amazing dress for the wind.  It flowed so beautifully against the natural wind.  I love that she paired the gowns with a floral crown. She looked so beautiful, the entire session.  Her older son was with her and her husband for the portraits. He’s such a sweetheart and definitely can’t wait to be a big brother! I can’t wait to meet the new twins and capture their newborn session and create even more fine art for this beautiful family!!
