Upon inquiry, we’ll chat on the phone and get to know each other a little bit better. This ensures that we are a good fit for each other! From there, we’ll set up a time for an in-person consultation at the studio to prepare for your session. We’ll review the gorgeous heirloom products I have for you as well as outfits, props, and setups.

it’s portrait day

It’s time for your session! This is where we will capture your special moments – lots of smiles and laughs. Your only job is to show up, feeling and looking your best. I’ll take care of the rest and capture your family’s story during our fun and stress-free session together!

the final art

A few weeks after your session, you’ll come back for your viewing + ordering appointment. We’ll go through your images together and you’ll make your final image selections. A few weeks later, your prints & products will arrive and it’s time to take them home to be enjoyed and loved for years to come!

Capturing your family’s milestones is such an honor for me. I work closely with each family that comes through my studio doors to be sure every image we capture will be treasured for years to come.

In addition to portraits, I am so proud to offer a variety of high-quality archival heirloom products including wall art, albums, and box collections to display your gorgeous portraits. During your consultation in the studio, you will get to see and feel samples of each of these gorgeous products. After your session, we’ll decide which heirloom products are the best fit for your family to display your portraits!

session fees begin at $250

The session fee covers the design consultation (where we will plan out your session), the session itself, an ordering appointment and editing of images. The session fee DOES NOT include any prints or digital images.

Session details & info:

– I recommend booking your newborn session in your third trimester. We’ll reserve a tentative date based on your due date and once baby arrives we’ll finalize the session date.

– Newborn sessions are best done in the first 6-14 days of life. The first two weeks of your baby’s life is the ideal time to get him/her into those adorable womb-like poses and before baby acne begins.

– Sessions are held in my home studio and generally last between 2-3 hours. This gives baby time to feed and fall into a deep sleep that allows me to position baby into various poses.

– As a mother of four children, I know how to carefully handle your baby and I take extra precautions to do everything safely. On the day of your session, your job is to relax and enjoy this day – maybe even sneak in a nap!

– Parents are encouraged to be included in a few photos as well as any siblings if desired.

– Your session includes full access to my entire prop collection. My studio is fully stocked with adorable items for both boys & girls. Feel free to bring any special momentos or props you’d like to use as well.
