Dry Lake Bed Maternity Session | Las Vegas Bump to Baby

I am so happy to be sharing this gorgeous Dry Lake Bed maternity session with you! This couple is the absolute sweetest. It’s so obvious how in love Tara and Curtis are! The Dry Lake Bed turned out to be the most perfect location for this October session and we even lucked out with incredible light that day. What more could a photographer want?

These two met at the hospital, where Tara’s a nurse and Curtis is a firefighter. Obviously they’re very caring people and I know they’re going to be great parents to their little baby! Since they chose a bump to baby package, I’ll get to photograph their newborn session too (which I’ll be sharing soon!). It’s always so wonderful to celebrate this exciting time with parents-to-be. Although nine months can seem like a lifetime when you’re in the thick of a pregnancy, those months really do go fast. It’s so important to document all of the changes you go through together and pregnancy is no exception! I’m so excited to have their sweet babe in the studio! Another wonderful time to celebrate with the parents!

Like all of my clients, Tara was able to use the beautiful Sew Trendy gowns that I have in my collection. We decided to stick with a champagne gown, a beautiful pastel gown and a light pink bodysuit for the session. I LOVE that she chose the bodysuit because she looks amazing!!! The pinks really popped against my vintage teal couch – such a great color combination for the Dry Lake Bed!
